All of the supplies that are delivered to us and all of the products that leave our production facility have to meet specific quality requirements. My job is to organise the necessary inspection processes and ensure that the right tools are available to measure quality. In addition, I am responsible for preparing certification audits and handling customer feedback.
After working for over twenty years in a global electronics group, I am well placed to draw a direct comparison.
